By being proactive and an integral member of the team, you resolved several potential issues before they became problems. We have a multitude of medical office projects under construction across the country, but your work has stood out as the bar of excellence for us to obtain going forward!

Cory and his team are the type of people that just do whatever it takes to make a project a success. They are more than just a contractor that builds what someone tells them. They are so pro-active in listening to all of the parties involved in the project and identifying what needs to be done and then doing it, that they make a difficult business seem easy.

You collaborated so well with me, the architect, the bank, the HOA and all the subs. Mark Buchkowski, my project manager, was simply amazing. He never presented me with problems. He only had solutions. I have never met a project manager who was so organized and so skillful. He really went the extra mile. You and Mark are my first choice for any construction project moving forward.

Above all, your professionalism and patience in working with me in a challenging design build situation helped keep the project moving along despite having no plans/drawings to work off of whatsoever.
